- Promotion of open innovation and raising capital for funds Raising capital for funds from institutional investors and major business firms interested in venture investment and open innovation, and promotion of open innovation after fund investment (RM).
- Venture capitalist General VC business, including sourcing of investment targets, due diligence, incubation activities, exits, and sales of VC funds.
- Promoting open innovation, sourcing of investment targets, due diligence, monitoring, regarding CVC funds RM activities, sourcing of investment targets, due diligence, monitoring, regarding CVC funds managing with major business firms interested in venture investment and open innovation.
- Due diligence of new investment projects Due diligence of companies for new investment, as well as monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies, from independent perspective of the investment department.
- Accounting for venture capital funds Operations centered on accounting and closing (including preparation of financial statements) for venture capital funds.
- Contract management, shareholder relations and fund closing of portfolio companies (full-time) Contract management, shareholder relations and closing of venture capital fund portfolio companies.
- Contract management, shareholder relations and fund closing of portfolio companies (contract employee) Document and data management for portfolio companies of venture capital funds.
